Products and Custom Development

Which components do you make?

We produce zinc-alloy accessories, decorative automotive components, metal logos and badges, and luggage hardware. Send your drawing or reference part so we can review the design and production requirements.

Can you customise dimensions, weight, colour and finish?

We review custom dimensions, weight, colour, printing and plating requirements, and support development from samples through volume production. The final specification and process are agreed for each component.

What applications can you support?

Our zinc-alloy components serve automotive interior and exterior decoration, handle bases and emblems; luggage fittings, badges and metal branding; perfume and skincare bottle caps; and electronic, general hardware and building applications. Component design and suitability are reviewed for the intended use.

Do you support OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. We support production to your design and development with our team, including brand artwork review, design, sampling and volume production.

Which material characteristics matter when selecting a component?

Casting flow, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and compression resistance are relevant to zinc-alloy component design. Requirements should be reviewed against the part geometry, manufacturing process and intended operating environment.

Can you provide technical parameters for a proposed component?

We can provide a technical parameter sheet for a defined component. Please share your drawing or intended specification so we can confirm which dimensions and process details apply.

Samples and Approval

Can you send samples, and how are sample costs handled?

Standard small samples can be supplied without a sample charge, with freight payable by the buyer. Custom sampling and tooling are charged. For a confirmed volume order, sample fees may be credited against the order or refunded; the applicable sampling and tooling terms are confirmed in the quotation.

How long does custom sampling take?

Custom samples typically take 15–20 working days. The schedule is adjusted for process complexity and confirmed for the project.

Can we approve a sample before volume production?

Yes. Custom products are sampled for buyer approval before the volume production run is arranged.

How is the approved sample used in production?

The approved sample serves as the production reference. Material, colour and surface feel are checked during production against the agreed sample and specification.

MOQ and Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the component, process requirements and production steps. The reference range is approximately 3,000–200,000 pieces across different products, not a universal minimum. We confirm the applicable quantity after reviewing your part.

Do you quote volume price breaks?

Yes. Pricing is calculated according to order quantity, component specification and custom requirements. Larger quantities can receive different unit-price levels.

What does the quotation include?

Standard quotations include normal packaging and exclude international freight and taxes. Special packaging and shipping arrangements can be quoted to your requirements, using agreed FOB, CIF or EXW terms.

Can you discuss pricing for repeat orders?

Yes. We discuss pricing arrangements for long-term cooperation and regular volume orders, including volume discounts and agreed price terms.

How are raw-material or exchange-rate changes handled?

Zinc-alloy material prices and exchange rates can affect a new quotation. Price changes are discussed before order confirmation; confirmed orders follow the agreed order price.

Production and Delivery

What is the production lead time?

The production schedule depends on order quantity and process complexity. We provide a schedule after the order is confirmed.

How do peak seasons affect the schedule?

We plan material and production capacity around expected demand. If special circumstances require a schedule adjustment, we discuss the revised arrangements with the buyer in advance.

Can urgent production be discussed?

Urgent orders can be reviewed for priority scheduling. Feasibility and timing are discussed against the current production plan and the specific order.

Can we receive production updates?

Yes. We provide production progress updates, and process photographs or video can be arranged when needed to follow an order.

Which production stages are checked?

Quality checks cover incoming materials, die casting, plating, subsequent finishing and finished goods before dispatch, with staff responsible for checks at each stage.
