Manufacturing
Zinc-alloy casting and component development
Our Pinghu workshop supports small zinc-alloy hardware research, development, tooling and production for OEM and ODM projects. Equipment and production schedules are matched to the component and order requirements.

Die-casting equipment
Die-casting machines range from 25 to 138 tons, with auxiliary equipment supporting the production process.
Tooling and component development
Drawings, artwork and component requirements are reviewed before tooling and sampling. Custom sample schedules are typically 15–20 working days and are confirmed per project.

Component development starts with the drawing, sample and intended application.

Output and capacity
Monthly capacity depends on the component. Small plaques are approximately 200,000 pieces per month and larger handle components approximately 100,000 pieces per month. Minimum order quantities range from 3,000 to 200,000 pieces according to the component and process; the exact quantity is confirmed for each project.
Quality and delivery process
Incoming material
Incoming materials are checked before production.
Die casting
Casting checks are included in the production process.
Surface finishing
Plating and finishing are checked against the ordered requirements.
Finished goods
Finished components are inspected before packing.
Packaging and shipment
Packaging and FOB, CIF or EXW terms are confirmed per order.
Incoming material, casting, surface finishing and finished goods are checked during production. The approved sample is the reference for the ordered component. Packaging and delivery terms are confirmed with the buyer.
